Senior Software Engineer

The role puts AI at the centre of the work. You'll help shape how we build AI-enabled products responsibly, deciding where AI belongs in the product and where human judgment stays. Alongside that you'll guide the architectural direction for our mobile and web platforms, support projects from scoping to production, and grow the engineers around you. Success looks like architecture that holds up under growth, projects that land on time, and a stronger team behind you.

What you'll do

• Help shape our AI-enabled product work and the calls on where AI adds real value.
• Guide the architectural direction of our mobile and web platforms.
• Support technical delivery end to end with Product, Design and QA.
• Coach and mentor the engineers around you, and lift how the whole team builds.
• Care for the reliability and security of what we ship at scale.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years full-stack in a commercial setting: Java (or similar backend), React and TypeScript.
• Experience guiding architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Depth in cloud-native architecture (GCP, AWS or Azure), CI/CD, API design, and SQL/NoSQL data modelling.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development.
• A genuine pull toward growing other engineers.
