The Identity & Integration platform’s role is to build and manage the solutions that will lead ASB into our Digital future, this includes future-proof Identity and Access Management and Identity Security solutions. You'll be part of a team on the forefront of working to deliver and support a secure, functional, and performant ecosystem to our customers. About The Role

As a Senior Security Specialist in the Identity Security Squad, you'll be part of our team that manages our current workplace identity solutions, is building our next generation identity management solution. Being part of the Engineering Practice at ASB we encourage our teams to work autonomously in an agile way while actively growing their skills and expertise to continuously improve outcomes for our customers.

You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale, all while being part of a smaller squad that makes their own decisions about how to work through prioritisation - so your voice will be heard, and your opinions valued.

Skills

We advocate for T-Shaped teams which will take you through all facets of engineering in any given day. We are looking for a mix of technical skills to support the following activities:

• Supporting existing MS AD and Azure AD domains and forests
• Supporting and improving secure remote connection solutions (privileged session management)
• Building the next generation workplace identity solution for ASB
• Consulting on and building out cloud identity connections
• 24x7 on-call support on a roster

About You

We will value your proven initiative, problem solving abilities and ways in which you have shown leadership while performing your role.

We are looking for an individual that will provide expertise on how identity should be managed and is ready to tackle the latest and greatest identity management solutions. You will work collaboratively with our squads and stakeholders to be the voice of engineering and deliver products that delight our customers.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Active Directory and Domain Controller management expertise in a large enterprise
• Active Directory and Entra ID architecture skills
• Cloud identity expertise with deep understanding and practical experience with both modern

and legacy authentication protocols (SAML, SCIM, B2C, OAuth, OIDC, OpenID etc)

• Experience with identity security management, identity governance and entitlement

management in MS Entra ID

• Experience federating identity solutions
• A strong ability to work both independently and play a key part of great team
• Experience with Scripting (PowerShell/Batch) to be able to query against MS AD and MS Entra ID

for advanced reports leveraging MS Graph APIs and Azure Resource management Rest APIs.

In Addition, The Following Would Be An Advantage

• Understanding of Azure Cloud adoption Framework
• PAM solution management and implementation skills
• Exposure Source Control (GIT) and automation (CI/CD pipelines)
• Azure Certifications: AZ-500, SC300, SC100
