Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer (OCI) to support, secure, and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments within a modern enterprise ecosystem. The role involves implementing cloud security controls, managing identity and access, monitoring cloud environments, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure and resilient cloud operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments
• Configure and manage OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM), compartments, policies, and security domains
• Monitor cloud environments using OCI Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Audit, Logging, and Monitoring services
• Support secure cloud deployments, infrastructure changes, and environment provisioning
• Manage encryption and key lifecycle using OCI Vault and other native security services
• Perform cloud security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement remediation actions
• Investigate and resolve cloud security incidents while ensuring service availability and compliance

What You'll Bring

• University or Technological Higher Education degree (domestic or foreign) in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in public cloud platforms and information security solution management in cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze technology risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of security architectures and infrastructure in public or private cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Collectively, the Cloud Security Engineers team must cover - through certifications and professional experience — all three cloud environments (Microsoft, AWS, OCI) used by the organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
