We're partnering with an industry-leading service provider to identify a strategic executive who can grow and lead an established Information Security Services division due to new CMMC regulations.

This is an opportunity to lead a business with full P&L ownership, operational excellence, customer success, and commercial strategy in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the cybersecurity industry.


What You'll Be Responsible For:

You'll serve as the executive leader of the business, balancing strategic vision with operational execution. Success in this role means leading a talented team while expanding market presence and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Your focus will include:

  • Setting the strategic direction for a growing cybersecurity and certification business.
  • Leading financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and overall business profitability.
  • Developing commercial growth strategies that strengthen market position and expand client relationships.
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance with industry accreditation requirements.
  • Partnering with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders to support long-term business success.
  • Evaluating market trends and identifying opportunities to introduce new services and expand capabilities.
  • Representing the organization at industry conferences, customer events, and professional forums.


What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an executive who combines business acumen with a strong understanding of information security, auditing, or certification services.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Executive leadership experience with ownership of business operations and financial performance.
  • Experience partnering with government agencies (DoW/DoD), specifically as it relates to the CMMC program.
  • A successful track record of driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience leading technical or professional services organizations.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to develop teams, inspire leaders, and build an engaged culture.
  • Confidence making strategic decisions in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
