As our new Senior Engineer, OT Security, you will be playing a crucial role in safeguarding Grundfos' critical infrastructure by leading activities that strengthen OT security maturity across our global operations, working at the intersection of technology, security, and innovation. What You Will Be Doing
As a key part of the Global OT Security team, you'll create impact by Establishing and driving OT cybersecurity standards that ensure the reliability, security, and continuity of our manufacturing operations worldwide.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain OT cybersecurity standards, procedures, and security assessment frameworks across Grundfos' global operations
- Evaluate, define, and implement OT Security Systems while providing technical expertise and leading security initiatives
- Guide and support OT security deliverables in production technology investment projects, ensuring adherence to security requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify vulnerabilities, implement corrective actions, and drive risk mitigation across production operations
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical topics into clear messages for non-technical stakeholders
- Track and document risk mitigation activities and provide regular status overviews to relevant stakeholders
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in IT or Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in OT security, IT security, or related fields
- Strong familiarity with industry standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, Machinery Act, or NIS2
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with PLC software and hardware
- Hands-on experience with OT or IT security systems implementation
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
