About the Company

Our client is an international technology company with over 100 employees developing premium hardware and software solutions for professionals working with 3D design, CAD, engineering and visualization.

For over 20 years, the company has been creating industry-leading 3D input devices used by engineers, architects, designers and creative professionals worldwide. Their products integrate with leading applications such as Autodesk, Siemens NX, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA and many others.

The Polish R&D team is responsible for developing the core software platform that connects all company devices with professional desktop applications.


About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will join the R&D team responsible for developing and maintaining the company's Windows software platform.

Rather than building business applications, you will work on the core driver, system-level software and integrations that enable professional 3D devices to communicate seamlessly with industry-leading CAD applications.

This is a product development role within a international engineering team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Windows software components written primarily in C++
  • Develop and improve the company's core device driver
  • Create plugins and integrations with professional CAD applications
  • Improve software performance, stability and reliability
  • Collaborate with software engineers across Poland, Germany and Portugal
  • Participate in architecture and technical discussions


Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in C++
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
  • Experience developing desktop or system-level applications
  • Experience with Windows platform development
  • Good English communication skills

  • CAD or 3D software integrations
