On-Site Application Engineer - I-Park

Responsibilities

  • Meet and/or exceed the mutually agreed goals for success with Service. Details will be specific to each Service Contract.
  • Responsible for coordination of Service Contract activities including follow up of order entry, order tracking and scheduling, review layouts, drawings and is the primary contact for updates and information flow that occurs in an accurate and timely manner for Service Contract orders.
  • Assist in developing in maintaining sales tools including surveys, reference lists, status updates, presentations, standard proposals, and technical guidelines.
  • Maintain sufficient data and report information as requested by the Manager of Business Development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the functions within the defined areas of responsibility in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Effectively managing and safeguarding corporate assets under the individual's responsibility.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (4 years) from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in business with 3 years directly in a related field.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn and work ethics with a customer focus.
  • Adequate systems knowledge to function effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities sufficient to be an effective problem solver.
  • Demonstrated inter-personal skills to be an effective team member.
  • IBM compatible personal computer skills -
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Access is a plus.
