Full Stack Engineer

Software Developer (SharePoint) | Freelance Contract

We're looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong SharePoint expertise to join a long-term project within a large international organization.

In this role, you'll be involved in designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop SharePoint-based applications and custom solutions
• Build and maintain .NET/.NET Core applications and integrations
• Develop REST APIs and work with SQL Server databases
• Participate in architecture, analysis, testing, deployments, and support activities
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to best development practices
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint development and support
• Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with REST APIs and web services
• Front-end skills including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Good communication skills and professional English (B2+)

Nice to have

• UML and software design modelling
• Experience with multi-layered enterprise applications
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience

Contract details

• Freelance engagement
• Initial 12-month contract with extension possibilities
• Full-time assignment (40h/week)
• Near-site work arrangement at the client's premises (Warsaw)
• Start: approx. January 2026
