Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver service and support to end-users through a phone call, via remote connection, or over the internet
  • Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Gather Customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom.
  • Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions
  • Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company
