A well-established New York-based organization is looking for an application developer with a strong .NET background and hands-on Salesforce integration experience. The role sits inside an internal technology team supporting a large professional operation. You will build and maintain web applications, develop custom integrations between Salesforce and internal systems, and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to solve operational problems through software.
What You Will Be Doing
- Building and maintaining internal web applications using C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Developing and managing custom integrations between Salesforce and internal systems via REST APIs
- Writing front-end code in JavaScript and TypeScript using frameworks such as Angular or Node.js
- Working with internal teams and outside vendors to troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards across the team
- Providing clear, proactive communication on project status and risks to timeline
- Available for off-hours and weekend support on an as-needed basis
What the Right Person Looks Like
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in C#.NET and ASP.NET MVC
- Demonstrated Salesforce integration experience, specifically connecting Salesforce to external systems, consuming Salesforce APIs, or writing custom Apex code
- Solid JavaScript and TypeScript skills with experience in at least one modern framework
- Comfortable with T-SQL and SQL Server
- Experience working in structured, process-oriented environments where code quality and documentation matter
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with Active Directory scripting
- Background in professional services, financial services, or similarly complex enterprise environments
