Join our deep-tech startup in personalized medicine to bridge the gap between software and hardware. You will design robust interfaces, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure high standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hardware and data science teams for automated data collection.
- Design and implement hardware-software interfaces for device communication.
- Maintain cloud data infrastructure and ensure efficient server operations.
- Improve data security protocols and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Support regulatory processes for medical device standards like IEC 62304.
- MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python plus two other languages (e.g., Rust, Go, C#).
- Experience with full-stack development (PostgreSQL, REST API, React/Svelte).
- Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Git version control.
- Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART).
