In this role, you will help ensure that customer engagements move quickly and smoothly from deal close to project delivery.Support Opportunity-to-Project Execution - Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems - Ensure project setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with financial and reporting requirements - Act as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst for project creation Enable Efficient Quoting - Review incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity - Generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates and pricing models - Ensure consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes Maintain Data Accuracy & System Integrity - Update project and financial data within Salesforce and related systems - Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records - Support reporting accuracy through clean and consistent data entry Improve Operational Efficiency - Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within defined SLAs - Help reduce turnaround time for quoting and project creation - Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and automation Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs - Escalate non-standard or unclear requests as needed What You Bring?
