- Minimum 2 years of Experience in the development and calibration of Powertrain Engine controls features
- Very good knowledge of internal combustion engines
- Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
- Working knowledge of engine analysis and calibration tools, emissions development, engine technologies and competitive products
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
- Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques
- Proficient in advanced simulation tools
- Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.
- Design and develop and EOL calibration for assigned Powertrain modules
- Perform the EOL testing on vehicle and fine tune the Cals as needed.
- Assist in developing and execute the EOL test scripts
- Use the OEM specific diagnostic tool chain to validate the OBD features
- Develop the proto models to fix EOL validation issue as a part of root cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and work with the appropriate contacts and resources
Base Salary Range : $60,000 to $90,000 Per Annum
