Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Apex Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Lightning components. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance CRM capabilities and drive value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, and Lightning components to deliver robust Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data synchronization processes
  • Optimize performance, security, and data integrity through code reviews, testing, and best practices
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and participate in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, provide production support, and implement enhancements
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical governance, standards, and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials)
  • Knowledge of data modeling, security models, and sharing rules in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Salesforce DX
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and collaboration in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data migration strategies
  • Exposure to JavaScript frameworks and front-end design principles

Education and Certifications
