• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Sites.
• Experience with web application development and integration using Oracle WebCenter Sites platform.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web content management systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and front-end technologies to support customization and enhancement tasks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle WebCenter Sites.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
