Summary:

  • Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Claims.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
  • Ability to customize and extend application functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs related to claims processing.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Duck Creek Claims.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
