• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in nCino Bank Operating System.
• Experience in application design and configuration within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in nCino Bank Operating System.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
