Senior Laravel / Filament Developer (eCommerce Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build advanced Filament PHP admin panels, custom resources, and widgets.
• Develop Laravel 11 applications with clean, testable, and reusable code.
• Build interactive UI components using Livewire, Alpine.js, and Inertia.js.
• Implement complex eCommerce features — carts, checkout, payments, product variants, discounts, and fulfillment integrations.
• Write and maintain automated tests using Pest PHP to ensure code quality.
• Integrate with third-party APIs such as payment gateways, shipping systems, and CRMs.
• Optimize for performance, caching, and database efficiency.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers in agile sprints.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices within the Laravel ecosystem.

• 5+ years professional PHP experience, with 3+ years using Laravel
• Strong hands-on experience with Filament PHP — including custom resources, actions, and widgets.
• Proficiency in Laravel 11, Livewire v3, Alpine.js, and Inertia.js.
• Skilled in writing clean, expressive Pest PHP tests (unit + feature + browser).
• Solid understanding of Eloquent ORM, Queues, Events, Policies, and API Resources.
• Proven experience developing or maintaining eCommerce applications (product management, order systems, multi-vendor setups, or checkout flows).
• Experience with RESTful / GraphQL APIs, Stripe, Authorize.net, or Paya integrations.
• Comfortable with Git, Composer, npm, Vite, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL performance optimization and caching strategies (Redis, Horizon, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

• Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant architecture.
• Familiarity with Vue 3 or React via Inertia.
• Contribution history to open-source Laravel or Filament packages.
• Understanding of eCommerce analytics, inventory management, and tax integrations.
• Experience deploying to Laravel Cloud.
