Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role

• Contribute to an agile, cross-functional team including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers
• Expand and improve the code base, adapting it to evolving business requirements
• Contribute constructively and critically to team discussions, facilitating decision-making and consensual solutions
• Proactively find and implement robust and feasible technical solutions for new features
• Address problems and obstacles efficiently through direct action or team collaboration
• Learn and integrate new technical fields and domains into upcoming tasks

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience in developing and designing cloud-based applications
• Strong knowledge of microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs
• Excellent proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; knowledge in frontend frameworks (especially React) and AWS is a plus
• Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development and a structured approach
• Ability to understand customer perspectives to enhance payroll experiences
• Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and iterative methodologies
• Very good German language skills (at least C2) are mandatory
