Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance, contributing significantly to business continuity and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through testing and debugging.

Work with databases to design and manage data structures and queries.

Use version control systems and follow standard development practices for code management.

Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior team members and support team collaboration when required.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming within Salesforce environments.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues in Salesforce applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of Salesforce APIs.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in software development.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or similar technologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
