As a Phoenix Developer, you will leverage functional programming to build high-performance, concurrent backend systems. You will play a key role in designing and implementing real-time applications that take full advantage of the Elixir ecosystem to ensure scalability and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Implement efficient data layers and manage complex migrations using Ecto and PostgreSQL.
• Build real-time, interactive features for modern web applications using Phoenix LiveView.
• Develop fault-tolerant distributed systems utilizing OTP patterns and GenServers.
• Ensure high code quality and system performance through functional programming best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on functional programming.
• Proven expertise in building real-time, concurrent backends using Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Proficiency in data persistence and modeling with Ecto and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of OTP patterns, GenServers, and distributed systems design.
• Experience implementing fault-tolerant applications on the Erlang VM (BEAM).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
