What role will you play?
You will be part of our Network Automation team who are responsible for developing innovative new ways to manage and automate Macquarie’s global network. You will assist with building out self-service web application interfaces to improve agility and reduce friction for internal customers, including utilising modern microservice frameworks. You will take part in designing and building infrastructure-as-code solutions to simplify and standardise the management of network configuration. Our team works closely with the Network Engineering and Architecture teams, working with multiple stakeholders across our internal teams to drive end-to-end solutions.
What You Offer
- Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, including backend development using Django APIs
- Experience building front-end applications using Vue.js and delivering full-stack solutions
- Experience managing containerised applications using Docker and deploying to AWS cloud environments
- Understanding of risk awareness and supporting release processes within a full stack development environment
- Beneficial to have experience with Network technologies
- Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.
