As part of a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation, they are investing heavily in modernising applications, integrations, automation, data, and digital capabilities across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal point in that journey. Rather than inheriting a fully mature environment, you'll have the chance to help shape it. Working alongside the technology leadership team, you'll contribute to the evolution of core business systems, integration platforms, and automation capabilities while helping drive meaningful change across the organisation.

The Role

This isn't a BAU role where you maintain the status quo. This is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a major transformation - to influence how enterprise applications and integrations are built, and to be one of the people who shapes the foundation of a modern technology capability for an established Australian business.

You'll work closely with stakeholders and the broader IT team to deliver enhancements, automation initiatives, and integration solutions that directly support business operations and growth - with the scope to make a real and lasting impact.

The Tech

We're interested in speaking with developers who have experience across some or all of the following:

• Workato and/or MuleSoft - the integration platforms at the core of what they're building
• Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, or React
• JavaScript, Python, or SQL scripting
• Microservices architecture, API management, and middleware platforms
• Cloud computing architectures - IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• ETL or data migration activities
• CI/CD pipelines within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps delivery environments
• Enterprise application integration (EAI) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles
