Project description:

Must-have (Core) - Hands-on development experience in COBOL, CICS, and DB2 for both online and batch applications, including analysis, coding, unit testing, and Migration.

Required skills:

* 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack development

* Expert level experience with Java 21 (or Java 17+)

* In depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Security)

* Strong experience designing and scaling microservices architectures

* Excellent understanding of design patterns and system architecture principles

* Strong skills in SQL and database performance tuning

* Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and CI practices

* Ability to troubleshoot highly complex issues in distributed systems

* Strong expertise on Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

* Hands on experience with Kafka and its components
