What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain OSS applications supporting service provisioning, activation, inventory, assurance, and network automation.
- Build AI-powered capabilities using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate operational workflows and decision-making.
- Develop APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native services that enable scalable OSS modernization.
- Analyze network and operational data to identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover automation opportunities.
- Create dashboards, analytics solutions, and operational insights that support business and engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, network engineers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Software development experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise applications.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with software development best practices, testing, version control, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, or AI model APIs.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, multi-agent orchestration, or AI-assisted automation.
- Data analytics experience, including reporting, data pipelines, dashboards, or operational intelligence solutions.
- Telecom, networking, OSS/BSS, or service orchestration experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), event-driven architectures, Kafka, or workflow engines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI Technologies, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies.

$114,300.00 - $192,100.00
