Python Developer

We are looking for an Automation Engineer who will design, build, and maintain automated solutions that streamline the recurring control and compliance duties.

You will translate manual tracking processes into reliable, auditable workflows and create clear visualisations — dashboards and reports — that give stakeholders real-time insight into control health, remediation status, and process compliance. You will act as the primary technical owner of the integration layer between our ServiceNow Suite (including CMDB), GitHub, Microsoft 365.

This is an initial 12 month contract, and requires candidates to be located or relocate to Switzerland.

Tasks:

• Compliance Automation - Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that replace or augment manual recurring control activities, evidence collection, and exception handling.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to version-control and deploy automation scripts, ServiceNow update sets, and Power Automate flows in a controlled, auditable manner.
• Dashboard & Compliance Visualisation - Build and maintain dashboards that provide live, drill-through views of control status, compliance posture, and process KPIs for senior management and audit audiences.
• Governance - Partner with Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to understand control objectives and translate them into automation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Around 5-8 years of experience with a developer background focusing on the technologies below:
• Full stack development with a focus on backend
• Recent Python (automation, data pipelines, visualizations)
• REST & GraphQL API integration
• Github Actions (CI/CD pipelines)
• ServiceNow (most important modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITGRC)
• CMDB & Discovery
• PowerShell
• Hybrid AD Scripting
• JSON/XML data manipulation
• SharePoint (lists, document libs)
• Data quality & reconciliation
