Our engineers build production software that delivers measurable impact across the organisation.

The Opportunity

You'll join a small, highly capable engineering team delivering AI-powered products used every day by employees and customers. You'll own features from concept through production, working across backend services, user interfaces, data engineering and applied AI.

What You'll Do

• Build production AI capabilities including LLM integrations, evaluation and retrieval.

• Develop backend APIs, data pipelines and modern web applications.

• Use AI-assisted development tools within a specification-first workflow.

• Design secure, scalable and observable systems.

• Work closely with product owners and fellow engineers. What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering AI features into production.

• Strong Python engineering skills.

• REST APIs and modern web application development.

• SQL and database design.

• Cloud platforms, containers and CI/CD, Git.

• Excellent communication and engineering judgement.

• System Design.
