Software Engineer (.NET) – Mid/Senior

We are looking for passionate Mid-Level and Senior Software Engineers to join our growing engineering team and help build scalable solutions that shape the future of retail media technology.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders while helping shape the future of our technology platform.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET technologies,
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment,
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making,
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions,
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices,
• Take ownership of features and services from development through production,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, standards, and culture,
• Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing,

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience developing software with .NET / C#,
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices,
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services,
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code,
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills,
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously improve in a hybrid working environment,

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Retail Media, E-commerce, or high-traffic digital platforms,
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS,
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices,
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis,
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures,
• Experience working with monitoring, logging, and observability tools,
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns and scalable system design,
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives (Senior level candidates),
