Backend Developer

Join Mindsite as a Backend Developer and help us build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems powering our SaaS products. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to design APIs, optimize databases, and contribute to the architecture of systems that process large-scale e-commerce data.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python (must-have).
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of scalable backend architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience working in collaborative engineering teams and participating in code reviews.
• Go (Golang) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working on AI-related projects is a strong plus.
• Experience with big data systems, data pipelines, or large-scale data processing is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
