Job Duties

  • Maintain software that supports food and nutrition services in healthcare facilities by following established guidelines to ensure reliability, usability, and alignment with operational needs.
  • Work closely with clinical staff, food service teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and help deliver practical, effective solutions.
  • Evaluate workflow needs, discuss gaps and potential approaches with users, create technical designs, take part in code reviews, and write clean, maintainable code based on standard practices.
  • Provide code reviews focused on ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to established engineering methods.
  • Support application deployments by following defined procedures to help ensure new features and updates are delivered smoothly and reliably.
  • Maintain clear, accurate technical documentation to support compliance, system integrations, and ongoing operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine production issues across applications, ensuring timely support for critical food and nutrition workflows in healthcare settings.
