Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and continuous refinement of application features to enhance overall performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality and data integrity.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
• Experience with data integration techniques and tools related to Workday environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data structures and conversion requirements.
• Ability to design and implement data transformation processes ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with application configuration and customization to meet business needs.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during development and deployment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
