岗位概览

我们正在招聘一名软件开发工程师，负责推动远景电池储能产品组合中各类软件工具的开发和验证工作。

该岗位至关重要，通过快速、可靠地交付新功能，确保软件开发符合最佳实践与国际标准，支持公司提供更具竞争力地可再生能源解决方案。该岗位将作为建模与仿真团队、一线工程师以及更广泛开发团队之间地桥梁，确保软件工具始终准确，做到实时更新，且易于使用和维护。

岗位职责

1. 设计、开发并维护用于储能系统容量设计、性能分析与投标准备的软件工具

2. 运用AI技术实现文档评审、数据提取与合同分析工作流的自动化

3. 建立并维护完整的测试套件，确保软件符合国际标准与可靠性要求

4. 与建模仿真团队协作，将技术需求转化为软件功能

5. 作为一线工程师与开发团队间的技术联络人，确保工具切实满足业务需求

6. 推行代码审查、文档编写与版本控制等开发最佳实践

7. 根据用户反馈与业务发展持续优化工具

8. 持续跟进AI、软件开发及可再生能源领域的技术趋势

任职要求

1. 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，三至五年以上专业软件开发经验，有成功交付生产级应用的实际案例，有AI/ML集成经验者优先（如OpenAI API、Claude API等），有能源、工程或相关技术领域背景优先

2. 技术能力：

• 掌握全栈开发技能，能独立完成前后端开发
• 编程语言：必须掌握Python、JavaScript/TypeScript；掌握C#、Java者更佳
• 前端框架：熟悉React、Vue.js或Angular中的至少一种
• 后端框架：熟悉Django、Flask、FastAPI、Node.js等
• 有RESTful API和数据库（SQL/NoSQL）开发经验
• 了解软件测试框架与方法
• 熟练使用Git及团队协作开发流程

3. 具备优秀的问题解决与分析能力，善于与技术人员及业务方沟通协作，能独立工作，并妥善处理多项任务优先级，注重细节，坚持代码质量与工程规范

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer to drive the development and validation of software tools across Envision's BESS portfolio.

This role is crucial in supporting Envision's mission to deliver competitive renewable energy solutions by enabling rapid and reliable implementation of new features and ensuring adherence to best practice and international standards in software development. You will act as the bridge between the Modelling and Simulations team, frontline engineers, and wider software development teams, ensuring that software tools remain accurate, up to date, and easy to use and maintain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain software tools for BESS system sizing, performance analysis, and bid preparation

2. Implement AI-powered solutions to automate document review, data extraction, and contract analysis workflows

3. Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites ensuring software reliability and adherence to international standards

4. Collaborate with Modelling and Simulations team to translate technical requirements into functional software features

5. Act as technical liaison between frontline engineers and software development teams to ensure tools meet practical business needs

6. Establish and promote best practices in software development, including code review, documentation, and version control

7. Continuously improve existing tools based on user feedback and evolving business requirements

8. Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, software development, and renewable energy sectors

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline

2. Professional Experience:

• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record of delivering production-quality software applications
• Experience with AI/ML integration (OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar) preferred
• Background in energy, engineering, or technical domains highly desirable

3. Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (required); others such as C#, Java (plus)
• Front-end frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Back-end frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Knowledge of software testing frameworks and methodologies
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

4. Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and best practices
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

• English: Professional working proficiency (required)
