Software Engineer (Android/IOS/Java) & Business Analyst

I. Senior IOS Developer:

- Strong foundation in Computer Science (CS) fundamentals with Bachelor’s Degree in CS (or similar technical field of study).

- 5+ years of experience in iOS Development using Swift.

- Proficient with design pattern: MVVM, Coordinator

- Proficient with iOS modern Architecture: Clean Architecture, modularization, etc.

- Experience with Combine, Swift Concurrency, Diffable DataSource, Swift Package, etc.

- Producing responsive, beautiful UIs, as well as different screen size and various android version classes compatibility

- Experience with maps, BLE, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

- Experience using tools Git, Github / Gitlab and Jira / Redmine and Figma

- Experience in including unit tests, automated UI tests, API stubs/mocks, etc.

- Understanding API interactions from end-to-end, particularly with RESTful APIs.

- Deep understanding with general principles: SOLID, YAGNI, KISS, etc.

- Experience with 3rd party libraries integration, such as: Firebase, GA, Facebook, AppFlyers, Snapkit, etc.

- Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies

II. Android Developer:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in native Android development with Kotlin.

• Technical Foundation: Deep understanding of the Android Lifecycle, OOP, and multithreading.

• Architectural Mindset: Strong experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Modularization. You should know how to build apps that are easy to test and maintain.

• Modern Tools: Proficiency with Coroutines and Flow.

• Quality Focused: You understand SOLID principles and aren’t afraid to refactor to improve code health.

• Communication: Ability to work well in a team and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

III. Java Developer:

• Proficient in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

• Strong understanding of Dependency Injection (DI), Inversion of Control (IoC), and the Spring Bean Lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and related design patterns, including API Gateway, Service Discovery, Circuit Breaker, Saga, Retry, and Idempotency.

• Experience with concurrent processing, distributed systems, and ensuring transaction consistency.

• Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs, with experience in OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Experience with messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.

• Strong experience working with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases, with solid knowledge of SQL optimization, indexing, transaction isolation, and locking mechanisms.

• Proficient with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and ArgoCD.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.

IV. Business Analyst:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the Finance/Banking sector.

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance/Banking.

• Technical Literacy: Understanding of Microservices architecture and how business requirements impact system design and performance.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ability to ensure that all proposed technical solutions remain strictly within the bounds of legal and banking regulations.
