Clackamas County’s Department of Technology Services is looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Senior Technical Developer to join our team and help support county operations.
In this role, you’ll do meaningful and engaging technical work that supports both county operations and the community. We offer a healthy work-life balance and long-term stability. As part of a collaborative and experienced PeopleSoft team, working to maintain and improve a variety of HR and Finance modules, support system integrations, and deliver lasting improvements for County services. We are looking for someone with hands-on development experience, solid technical skills, and an understanding of business processes in Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll. Just as important is your ability to collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, and bring a solutions-oriented mindset to complex technical challenges.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $105,644.63 - $133,981.78

Generous paid time off package, including:
- 12 hours of vacation accrued per month
- Eligible newly hired employees will have the one-time option to frontload their first year of vacation accruals! This means you have access to vacation leave at time of hire.

- 10 paid holidays and 1 personal day per year

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is included in the county’s alternate workweek program, working 40 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Thursday (Fridays off). Specific hours of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended.
This is not a remote work position. This position is eligible for hybrid on-site/telework, subject to the Clackamas County Teleworking Policy and based on the Department’s business needs. The exact amount of on-site/telework and schedule will be discussed with the hiring manager at the time of offer. The incumbent will be expected to report on-site for in-person meetings, team collaboration, trainings, or other operational needs as determined by the department.
Telework locations cannot be located outside of Oregon or Washington. Telework from any other state is not allowed. Washington residents must perform 50% of their time on-site at Clackamas County.
