- Hands-on experience of 5-12 yrs
- Siebel Configuration
- Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management
- Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
- Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
- CRM order Management & EAI
- Siebel Workforce management
- Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
- Siebel Field Service
- Siebel BI Publisher Reports
- Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred
- Telco Experience is must
- Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledge
