Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and configuration processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data management and data quality techniques to ensure reliable application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
