SharePoint Developer | Microsoft 365 | Power Platform

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 /year

We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team! If you have a strong background in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms.
• Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Graph API, and third-party applications.
• Administer SharePoint Online, including permissions, security groups, governance, compliance, and retention policies.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and platform administration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
• Provide platform support, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online/SharePoint Server administration and development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with SharePoint governance, permissions, security, compliance, and information architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)
• Experience with Azure, API integrations, and Power Platform governance/ALM.
