Your Mission
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations. Work individually or as part of a team to improve workflows, update logic, modify forms, integrate APIs, and enhance ticket routing and status tracking. Utilize appropriate software development methodologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:
- Skilled in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications
- Experienced in coding with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages
- Comfortable integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
- Knowledgeable in ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows, logic, and forms
- Developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs
- Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
- Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience)
- Two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
- Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
- Experience configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
- ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Knowledge of AngularJS, JSON, or other ServiceNow-related languages
- Experience with ServiceNow Implementations (four years preferred)
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
