The Inside Sales function supports our growth by converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified sales opportunities and booked estimates. We work closely with our service and project teams to ensure each customer receives accurate information, clear next steps, and a smooth handoff. This role sits at the center of our customer pipeline—helping us maintain responsiveness, improve conversion rates, and deliver a consistent, professional experience from first contact to scheduling.Inside sales(Perfect English Needed) PST Hours
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion. In this role, our goal is to generate qualified opportunities and ensure customers receive timely, accurate guidance.- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on outbound leads promptly
- Qualify prospects (needs, timelines, project scope, decision-makers) and route them appropriately
- Present Stucco Champions services, process, and value proposition in a consultative way
- Schedule calls and estimate appointments with the right internal teams
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead status, notes, and next steps
- Track KPIs such as lead conversion rate, appointment setting rate, and pipeline velocity
- Coordinate with production/estimating teams to address customer questions and set expectations
- Work with management to refine scripts, objections handling, and follow-up sequences
- Deliver clear, professional customer communications (phone, email, and messaging)
