Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on software design and architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
