What you’ll do

You will be employee no. 5 and work with the founding team to be the best in the world at config-as-code Apple device management and

• Build new features for our boundary-pushing product
• Support our customers, learn about their problems and solve them
• Design architecture implementation plans
• Work on our APIs, documentation, testing
• Be on pager duty rotation for our SaaS offering (with additional compensation)

Who you are

• Passionate team player with strong communication skills
• Experience in early-stage startups (you founded, co-founded, or were among the first 10 hires)
• Quick grasp of complex relations and ability to see the big picture
• Clear thinking and writing at appropriate levels for different stakeholders
• Proactively identify, address, and solve problems
• Able to work quickly and effectively (you know when to cut corners)
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days a week
• Resilient, crisis-proof, and able to handle conflict
• Very good English, spoken and written

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience with Python & Django or any equivalent Web framework
