We're building an AI agent that runs hiring end-to-end—from application through screening to interview scheduling. It conducts thousands of interviews a week for Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Europe. Candidates interact with it in the language and modality of their choice, whenever they want, while recruiters follow the pipeline through integrations with their own tooling or on our platform.

We raised a €4M seed round led by Cherry Ventures with top EU angels alongside, and now we're building the team that turns this into the category-defining product.

The role

This is a builder role. You take real problems and turn them into working software that customers rely on every day, owning the outcome from the problem all the way to the fix running in production. You'll work directly with the founders, and stay close to customers so you understand what you're building and why. Very little of the code gets written by hand, AI does that. Whether it works and holds up is on you.

You'll be trusted with scope on day one. What you build is yours to ship and improve.

What this actually looks like

Own the full loop, from first prototype to running in production, including everything that breaks along the way.

Scope the problem yourself. Fix it with AI tools. Drive it to production with the team.

Make the product better. Whether that is sharper AI interviewing or whole new features powered by AI. We’re expanding the product rapidly and there’s a lot to do.

Hold the bar for production reliability. Thousands of candidates run through our agents every week. Uptime and data integrity are non-negotiable.

Stay close to the customer. Know who you're building for and what actually helps them.

Who you are

You ship. Real people have used what you built, so the weight of owning something end to end is familiar. Maybe that was a company you started, or a startup you helped build in its early days.

You're AI-native. You orchestrate agents, you don't hand-craft code. What matters is judgment: what to build, and whether it holds up. Experience shipping AI-powered features (e.g. using OpenAI or similar LLM APIs) is a plus.

You've got real engineering depth. The kind that tells you where things will break before they do. You don't need to prove it by writing every line.

You move fast and own the chase. Blockers don't wait for tomorrow. Nothing is "done" until the problem is gone.

You're clued in. You understand who you're building for and why it matters to them. Product sense counts here, and it makes your engineering sharper.

We’re looking for a mid to senior profile.

Stack

TypeScript across the board. Hono, Drizzle, TanStack, Tailwind/Shadcn. Postgres and Redis. You'll touch it all, but the stack is not the job.
