Solutions Developer

We are hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Developer with a primary focus on Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. You will design and build model driven applications, custom components, and automation workflows that support operational systems and controlled business processes.

This role sits within our Consulting Services team under the direction of the Solutions Manager. It blends application architecture, data design, and workflow automation, with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and production readiness.

You will also design and deploy Copilot agents that interact with structured data and business processes. Azure experience is helpful but not required.

• Document business requirements with clients and translate them into application design, data models, and workflows.
• Design and build model driven Power Apps aligned to business processes and governed data structures.
• Define and manage Dataverse architecture, including tables, relationships, and schema that support scalability and control.
• Implement global security models, including roles, field level security, and environment level governance.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows that orchestrate business processes across systems.
• Build and integrate PCF components to extend application functionality and user experience where needed.
• Design and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, and grounded interactions with Dataverse and approved sources.
• Configure integrations using APIs and connectors, ensuring data integrity and traceability across systems.
• Apply ALM, CI/CD, and environment discipline using managed solutions and deployment pipelines.
• Produce clear, structured documentation that supports auditability, handoff, and long term maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders and contribute to delivery discussions.
  

• Professional proficiency in English, capable of documenting requirements and communicating with clients. Minimum B2 CEFR or equivalent.
• Strong experience building model driven Power Apps and working within Dataverse as the core data platform.
• Hands on experience designing Dataverse schemas, including relationships, business rules, and data governance considerations.
• Experience implementing security models across Power Platform, including roles, permissions, and environment controls.
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows that integrate Microsoft and third party services.
• Experience building or extending applications using PCF components or equivalent front end customization approaches.
• Understanding of ALM and deployment practices for Power Platform solutions, including solution packaging and environment strategy.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and connectors.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
  

• Experience with Copilot Studio, including building conversational agents connected to business processes or data.
• Experience designing multi-environment strategies and governance models for Power Platform.
• Exposure to Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, or API management.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments where auditability, access control, and documentation are required.
