ADMS Solution Architect / Senior Analyst
📍 Jackson, MI (Hybrid)
Onsite Requirements
- Initial onsite commitment of 2–3 weeks at the start of the engagement.
- Ongoing onsite presence of 1–2 weeks per month.
- During onsite weeks, candidates must be onsite in Jackson, MI Tuesday–Thursday.
- Remote work available outside of required onsite periods.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ADMS Solution Architect/Senior Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, integration, and ongoing enhancement of the Emerson/OSI/AspenTech ADMS platform. This individual will serve as a technical leader, partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that support critical utility operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather and analyze business and data requirements to recommend effective technology solutions.
✅ Configure, maintain, and optimize the Emerson/OSI/AspenTech ADMS product suite.
✅ Design and oversee integrations between ADMS/COTS applications and enterprise systems.
✅ Identify and lead automation and process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
✅ Develop advanced scripts and custom configurations to automate workflows and enhance platform functionality.
✅ Drive continuous improvement efforts by applying modern software lifecycle and quality practices.
✅ Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
✅ Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance across project teams.
✅ Manage vendor relationships and navigate platform limitations, compliance requirements, and technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting and configuring ADMS or complex enterprise COTS applications.
- Strong system integration and solution architecture experience.
- Advanced scripting/development experience with one or more of the following:
- C#
- .NET
- SQL
- Visual Basic
- ABAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Emerson/OSI/AspenTech ADMS solutions.
- Utility, energy, or grid operations industry experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale operational technology (OT) and enterprise IT environments.
