Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Experience in designing and configuring complex reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and understanding of business process workflows.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
