Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails / React)

Location: Roswell, GA Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking one or two experienced Full Stack Developers to support a newly acquired technology platform. This role will work closely with our engineering leadership, including the hiring manager, Michael Leiseca, who has extensive experience leading this technology.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

● Optimize application performance and ensure high availability

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

● Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, to deploy and manage applications

Required Qualifications:

● Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails

● Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks

● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

● Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

● Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)

● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

● Experience working with newly acquired or evolving technology platforms

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
