We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong programming experience to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise software applications. This role requires expertise in modern application development practices, including API-driven architecture, scalable backend services, and front-end frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have experience translating technical designs into functional software solutions, following established coding standards, and collaborating within Agile/iterative development environments. In some cases, experience working in Agile teams will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
  • Translate technical specifications into working code following architecture guidelines
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs
  • Develop responsive and modular front-end components
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Utilize modern development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms to improve productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant software development experience (excluding training period)
  • Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in similar technology/domain environments
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration
  • Front-end development experience using React, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL databases (and familiarity with NoSQL is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • Understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Preferred Experience
  • Health insurance or healthcare domain experience
  • Experience working with distributed or modular system architectures
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q)
