This is a great opportunity for a Senior Frontend Developer who is looking for a fast-growing ecommerce business that are looking to strengthen their engineering function with the addition of a Senior Front End Developer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building modern, scalable frontend applications and wants to play a key role in shaping both the product and technical direction of a business that is continuing to invest heavily in technology.

The role will sit within a collaborative product engineering environment, working closely with backend developers, product teams, designers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences used by a large customer base.

The opportunity:

• Building and enhancing modern web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript

• Driving frontend architecture and best practice across projects

• Working on performance optimisation, scalability and user experience improvements

• Collaborating closely with UX/UI teams to bring designs to life

• Contributing to technical discussions, code reviews and engineering standards

• Mentoring and supporting more junior developers within the team

• Playing a genuine role in product and technical decision-making

The business are looking for someone with:

• Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js

• Excellent JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge

• Experience building scalable, component-driven frontend applications

• Strong understanding of APIs and frontend/backend integrations

• A passion for clean code, performance and user experience

• Experience working within agile development environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
