Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional and efficient software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored to support operational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing application features to improve overall performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle GoldenGate.
• Experience in designing and implementing data replication and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of database management and data synchronization techniques.
• Ability to optimize application performance and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging complex application environments.
• Capability to work with various data sources and ensure seamless data flow within applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
