Software Developer AI Driven Solutions

About this Position The GenAI Expert is a software developer with experience in developing both low code/no code & high code solutions using MS Azure services, Open AI and CoPilot Studio. They will be responsible for programs/projects related to Henkel’s AI roadmap. They will be engaging with multiple stakeholders from multiple disciplines to evaluate and deliver their business needs. They are able to quickly evaluate new technologies and determine their business value.

What You´ll Do

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying chatbot applications.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with third-party services via RESTful APIs.
• Strong Experience in Python (NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, LangChain and LangGraph), and familiar with C# and .NET Framework
• Experience in Microsoft Azure Cognitive services (Azure search, Document Intelligence, Azure Open AI)
• Responsible for completing programs and projects related to Henkel's AI Roadmap

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Development, or any relevant study
• 5-6 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Experience in Power BI in analytics and reporting is a plus
• Project Management Skills; leading chatbot projects from concept to deployment, using agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Preferrable expertise in Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for defining and deploying cloud infrastructure.
